Birthday party booking form

Thank you for considering Rugby Nippers Parties, here is a little information about
our service. A Rugby Nippers Party would last for 2 hours delivered by a fully
qualified Rugby Nippers coach involving lots of fun, energetic rugby games taking up
the first 45 minutes. You then have the opportunity to provide the children with the
drinks and food you have prepared- this would normally take about 20 minutes, give
or take, then the coach would instruct a further 50 minutes of exciting rugby games
and activities.
During the games we will be using soft rugby balls, hula hoops, bean bags, tag belts
and lots of other colorful equipment depending on the age of the group. Ideally the
number of children at the party would be a minimum of 10 through to around 20,
though this can be restricted or slightly more flexible depending on the size and style
of the venue. Our Rugby Nippers staff are more than happy to help on this.
To give you an example how we would run a 2-hour Rugby Nippers Party!

12.45pm – Turn up early to set up our equipment and introductions with host party
organisers and meet birthday boy or girl.

1.00pm – Children arrive / free-play with balls, this also offers an opportunity for us to
introduce ourselves to the children and vice versa.

1.15pm – Formal introductions and explain layout of the day, loads of exciting, high
energy rugby games, then we get started with the fun!

2.00pm – Over to the party food – singing happy birthday and blowing out candles
etc.

2.20pm – Play more games!

3.00pm – Thank-you and high fives.

3.05pm – Finish and leave

The venue itself is booked separately by the family hosting the party but if you need
advice on this or ideas of local venues, then we would be more than happy to
help. Half-time drinks, the party food and party bags etc. are also supplied
separately by the host family. It would be useful to advise parents that, where
possible, children should wear something that they are comfortable running around
in. The current cost of a party is £150.00 per 20 children.

Fees / refunds
• Full payment can be made before or on the day of the party; bookings will be confirmed on receipt of
a booking form. Cheques can be made payable to Charles Knight. Bank transfer details are: Charles
Knight, 608371, 44087137, Starling bank. (Please ensure that you use your child’s first initial and
Surname as the payment reference).
• Party fee does not include the cost of hall hire, food / drink or party bags.
• In cases where the party has been booked for more than 20 children but the booking then changes to
more than 35 children, we reserve the right to increase the party fee by this amount in cases where
an additional coach is required (and available) and, where necessary, to advise a reduction in the
number of children attending the party or a change of venue to accommodate larger numbers safely.
• A full refund will be given if written cancellation is received within two weeks of the party date.
• If a customer’s cheque is returned from the bank unpaid, a £10 administration charge may be
applied.
Staff training
We place great importance on high quality training of new coaches. Occasionally, those
undergoing training may accompany our qualified and experienced coaches. All customers
are expected to abide by the terms and conditions set out above.

with the service provided and can support us in positive developments for the future.
