We use the fundamental ABCs of physical activity – Agility, Balance and Coordination – whilst developing social skills such as listening, teamwork, and following instructions. Our coaches are fully qualified, first aid trained, and experienced, and each class is designed to help your child learn to work as a team, make new friends and develop new skills throughout the course.

Starting at 2 years of age helps your child get a head start in the sport, crucial for establishing an ongoing enjoyment of the game or even a career in the sport!
